It has always been my dream to get married on the Oregon Coast so when I found Stone Crest Cellars I could not have been happier. Thankfully, Dennis was also onboard. How could he not be?
Our wedding colors were plum and silver with teal and tangerine accents, which translated well into the bridesmaids’ bouquets. I love orange lilies.
Dennis and I made the wedding programs ourselves, tying on little vials of bubbles for after the kiss.

The weather was amazing at 68 degrees and sunny with only a slight wind. We were very fortunate.
The ceremony is about to start! Matthew and Dennis chat while they wait for the cue to begin.
When Bright Eyes First Day of My Life started playing, Matthew and Dennis walked down the aisle together.
Next down the aisle were Dennis’ oldest sister, Laura, and my older brother, Benjamin. I had encouraged everyone to wear our wedding colors if they wanted to and Ben took me at my word.
Following the older siblings were Dennis’ baby sister, Andrea, and my little brother, Justin.
Next up were Dennis’ parents, Ruth and Armando.
Followed by the bridal party, Christy escorted by Jason, and Adie escorted by Lu.
Last, but not least, when Question by Old 97’s began playing, my parents walked me down the aisle.
How could I not want to stand beside this wonderful man, smiling and waiting for me?
The setting was everything I ever could have dreamed of.
Matthew welcomed all our guests before inviting us to share our vows.
Dennis went first and we both cried. I honestly didn’t think I would cry, but it was so beautiful and such a wonderful moment.
Then we exchanged rings.
Matthew was the perfect officiant. He was warm and genuine and we laughed throughout most of the ceremony.
It took along time to fill that vase. Thank you, friends and family, for your patience!
My dad, mom, and brothers.
Dennis’ mom, sisters, and father.
After the kiss, Daft Punk’s Get Lucky started and we walked back up the aisle, husband and wife!

Next came all the photos. Our photographer, Kyle, was great with orchestrating shots and Dennis was a good sport, even though he’s not terribly fond of posing for photos. There were a LOT of pictures, so I’m not going to put them all here. This is just a taste.
We took a few more photos with just me and Dennis while everyone else had some drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

After a few more photos it was time to hit the reception. On to “The Wedding: Part 4” (the last installment)!
